I'm trying to find all the languages that this game was made in, so I can download it, upload it, make a thread so others can download it, with instructions on how to install it, but I keep finding the English version. If anybody could find the weblinks to download other languages of the game, that would help and I can do the rest. I remember seeing other languages of the game, but now I can't find them. Less and less people are seeding Turok 2. For those who don't know what seeding is, it's where people allow you to download what it is from them with a torrent program. I'll take another look later, but I want to download those videos you made first and watch those.

I don't understand how exactly that would work to be honest. When I downloaded the Turok 2 English version, in .rar, then unziped it, I got a .ccd file, .cue file, .img file and a .sfv file. I also got a .nfo file. I seriously need to look up what those meant again. I completely forgot how I installed the game on my PC now. Something to do with mounting it on a virtual drive. You can't just upload a computer game from a CD without having to do other things first, can you?

it's possible to just change the game version by changing the Turok2MP.exe (in german version rename some files in data folder). So the size for different languages is only 2.6mb. (same for v1.03 and v1.04)

Yes Ry you're right. If you have such an image - the only needed file is the img file. The Program that made these files was CloneCD. I use it often to make CD images. And yeah you have to mount this img file... For this I use "Daemon Tools" nice program which can handle as far as I know every image file.
This makes a virtual disk drive from what you can install the game as if you'd have a normal disk inside a normal disk drive.

To Basber yeah it's interesting what you've sent me... This is a cool Program, but as far as I know it doesn't work for the SP mode....

Thanks Basber and Hexx for the information. I'm just gathering what information there is before I do what it is. I have other things to do first. Havn't gotten around doing much and won't be for maybe a week and half. :[

yea my program doesn't, but it would be pretty similar to how it works in multiplayer. I didn't try that, but it should be easy too

I think it could be working I just have to rename some files... I don't know for certain, but if I set the version on english and if I rename every file necessary for the english version into the german filename maybe the normal T2.exe can run it Wink
