I right click, click Properites, but it doesn't let me edit anything. Would that be because of my Windows version?

you can't do that in the properties of the gm_win32.exe. You need to create a Link to it first, and edit the link.

Ah, create shortcut. I always thought that was there just to make a shortcut to whatever it is. Lol.
