Forum on mobile devices?

So when i try to enter the forum with my phone, it gives me a message "You have been banned from the forum."
(My phone is Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus)
Can you fix it somehow?
And i know im not really banned because the message appears as i enter the website, not when i log in.

No, im not sure which browser it is but the app just says Internet.
Im gonna try Mozilla now and see if it works..

This is his local IP behind his router, he accidently posted this instead of his internet ip.
Also you have probably the same range behind your router ;-) as this IP range is reserved for that.
