Who''s chichi?

I know I've heard this name somewhere and no, I'm talking about DBZ. I'm talking about player's names on Turok 2. I'm wondering if anybody who has seen this person before and could give me some information. Does this person cheat? Does this person use more than one IP? They're all the questions for now. Reason I ask, somebody joined my server, pretending to be Chirac and I asked this person a question and they got it wrong, so I banned them and then they came back, not once, not twice, but three times after the first ban. I'm sure it's the same person as last time, when Hexx and I were playing a one on one in Harbour 1 and Davis was observing. Next time I'm going to get you to take some pictures, Davis. :O Anyways, back to this. This person who pretended to be Chirac said they're "chichi". It could easily be somebody pretending to be somebody else, but it's why I've asked two questions.
