I played a few rounds with KOP yesterday. Ry sciped most of the nade maps as usual. Im surprised, he got realy skilled with plasma.. too bad he only can play with that weapon lol. Also it was funny ff-ing him, every time he died he showed up near the plasma in a few seconds. Well I don't like easy matches so I stoped that after 2 times.
(after this round they bouth disconnected suddenly)

Isn't there a trick that makes you respawn near plasma right away? I believe I read that somewhere, either on this forum, or another Turok 2 related site. Wouldn't surprise me if Ry used that. If he did, I hope that is the only thing he uses, and not auto aim or so, as that will also make a player suddenly become very good with plasma, as the game with "daddy" showed yesterday...

i dont know any trick to respawn near plasma... and i dont think it exist, or never heard about that.
KOP= King Of Plasma that 's the reason why RY use it often, cause he prefer this weapon.
And if he use autoaim i think he should win and not lose this game...
no he is a lagal and fair play player.

yeah this was a joke some years ago...when ry was using the suicide function quite often. he stopped this if i believe few games i played with him recently.

Some players still use "strategic suicide" mostly on servers with no health power ups. After a heavy one on one, when a players wins the duel but ends up with low health, I've seen some face the ground on purpose, and fire a volley of missiles at their feet, or throw a grenade into the wall in front of him, with no opponent around.

Yes sniffa, your server is very good. I like the 1351 PointLimit, too lol - it's not so high and removes the need of 20 frags which sometimes seems like a long way if there are only 2 players Smile

The point limit is nice. It might be a little low for players that are slow starters though. Sometimes you see a player struggle a little for the first half or quarter of the game, and then start "rolling" fragging one after the other. But this "comeback" sometimes comes too late to get to the first place.

On the other hand, had the server I was in yesterday had a point limit, I might have fared better most of the games. On one occasion I had over 500 pain, but only a single frag due to frags getting "stolen" when someone hit a player already heavily damaged by me, or by players with low health committing suicide so you can't frag them with just a hit from a missile for instance. Point limit makes sure you still get some credit for your work.

But it's nice that there is still some variation in servers, keeps the play fresh.
