Okay, so we have 2 options about hector:
1 - i ban him permanently and give him time to prepare some vpn connections if he wants to disturb us
2 - i just ban him that moment if its needed for example if we want to have some games.
-> what is rather rare last time Sad

But anyways if he is the only player next to yourself in the server (rather often last days) your glad he is here Very Happy

even considering he could use nodes, taking it as competition and training.
Just tell me what u think about!?
If you have any trouble with him, just write me (Skype: tr_cloud), i can control my server (and ban) actually from everywhere with my mobile.

And ja have that lag problem (no matter what internet connection) sometimes too if there is too much nuking Very Happy

Well sometimes its rather funny to use nuke, but if you have 3 or 4 nuke explosion all the time it gets really messy. But therefore we have different servers up Smile

Now Chasa, or maybe jag too if i remember some old arguing, about playing vs hector is better than nothing, i don't know lol
Not my point of view as i quit(ted) if he's in the server, now i believe it's a bit different nowadays with the small activity.

so yes i guess the occasionnal ban is ok, anyways you can't (and jag you know it perfectly) ban him at 100 %. Way too many ip ranges.

another tactic is to clearly let him know he's not wanted in the server, he won't join then even if you're not in (i believe it's some kind of dignity in his mind lol). You might expect some trashtalk in return then, at 99% relative about homosexuality (some kind of anal traumatism maybe, i don't know and anyways that's not the topic lol).

But as i say in this case, it's the host decision, everye one seeing things differently.

oh and i kicked his ass when he played as pink turok, "ry clone" (no shotgun lol) he should use his ybrain.
he got like +13 kills with nodes n hardcore camping so i couldn't get plasma, np i switched to shotgun char. not sure if he had any "fair" kills. i was behind the gate near firestorm spot when he almost killed me with pistol cos he hit ma head everytime

We have solution for hector, now. Tnx to bas and his work, awr server can be limited only for moded exe (which is 1.03 exe + arena code injected, so none trainer will work and logic: Hector not using that exe, he using 1.04!) So server which chase and me hosting: "Insert coin here!" ; is set to be like that! So we could call it: cheater free zone, i think : D Of course on other servers, he could be there, sometime, to make company any1 who wish to have training vs bot controled by human?! Well, can't be helped, but not so bad, if we can dodge some bad things! Greetings!

this is a good news. i probably should play there this week end. but keep in mind hector know s how to create a trainer and nothing can stop him to create a new trainer to your free cheater server, in the next months...

Hey guys!
I dont think hector is a real problem for us at the moment.
We can "use" him and his cheats for training purpose and for serious matches we just play on awr mode server. If some of you prefer a vanilla-kind Rok Match i could host a AWR with no additional guns too, just to keep out hectors cods.
And if he annoys our games I will ban him and if he uses some vpn solution to join server with other IPs i will setup a VPN for all of us and host a server in LAN-Mode only. That would keep him out for 100 %. So no panic at all.
BTW nice to see ya back in games chirac!

Hey! Yeah i downloaded the game and was surprised to see servers still going for this game. I was clan leader of GZ with Kirk and played around 2001 - 2006 or something like that i think. Only really played Arena to be honest.

I only have a laptop at the moment so will need to buy a mouse and keyboard to play. I don't really have much time either but am looking forward to seeing if i can still play!

I thought the ROH clan would still be going as i know they started playing other games but I can't find them online. I still have some of my old contacts on ICQ as i checked this out a couple of days ago but unfortunately it doesn't contain any of their email addresses.

Turok 2 was my favourite game and i am glad to see there is still a community - keep up the good work guys!

yo i'm back after 7 months. i'll play as anal or burakku =) my first night, (and maybe the last1 too as i stole my gf's television and she got angry. i need a new tft monitor asap.. tried to play with my really old crt monitor and that shet exploded. i noticed the awful electrical burning smell in the house omfg Shocked

do not laugh ok. ozone? ) got owned by chasa and vis. not surprised when joining in with a broken mouse, laggy framerate(this sux horsy c*ck tbh. it is too slow or too fast and warpy. f nglide also. the older computers were better for t2) and being rusty as hell when they play almost every day but then i managed to kick my favorite boy's (CID HECTOR) ass 20-11 w/ fov 61 after some time, when he told me that i was too old and that i should go play pokemon Wink

FFF (a fucking free frag) he knows how to play dirty, I love it. being lame is cool but he hax
