Joining server problem.

I was on Hooligan's server, then I got cut off, then I went to join back, only to see my name was still in his server, then when I went to join, it wouldn't let me. Lol. Why did this happen? :[

server is down now anyways; weird stuff, it happens sometimes in dedi servers, but it was integrated...
