cant host server with windows 7

hello

since i use windows 7 64 bits i cant host a server integrated or dedicated....
i try without firewall and without antivirus, but nothing....
my game is open i can play on it but it stay invisible on gamespy... recntly i just change my computer, on my router parameters stay the same.
is someone use windows 7 64 bits and meet the same problems?
is someone can host with windows 7 32 or 64 bits?
can you think i could host if i use ubuntu?

i use w7 32 and my server is shown on gamespy, so i dont think its related with w7 but more your router. Did you try to open some ports to test? or enable dmz?

ok i found the solution , it was the MAC adress problem, i ve change my computer so the MAC adress have change to ....
