Problems with playerIPIDdec.exe.

The first problem I've had with it, was last night. I banned somebody from my banlist, then the person joined back into my server, but wasn't listed on the program. I closed the program, then opened it again and there was no name or IP listed on the program, but they were in the server, so I just closed my server.
The second problem, well, I don't know if it's a problem, but when Hiro and I were playing before, somebody was in my server who's on my banlist, so I opened the program and there were two other IP's listed, who weren't in the game at the time. I closed the program, then opened it again and the IP's had cleared.
I guess I was wondering if this would be considered a glitch with the program. The first problem happened on an integrated server and the second thing happened on a dedicated server.

hmm Ry ths sounds really really strange...
I never had this problems...
Maybe it's because of the troublemaker.. but we can't be assured

maybe there were players connected but not in server? Like players without name/stats, an empty line my friend
